Command 1:

Bend the Knee

The act that makes all the other commands make sense.

Bend the knee--literally,

Not metaphorically.

If you don’t bend the knee to Jesus Christ, everything else collapses.

The entire campaign gets reduced to mindset hacks, productivity tips, affirmations — all meaningless without submission.

This isn’t a mental exercise. It’s a physical declaration of allegiance.

“Pick up your cross and follow Me.” — Matthew 16:24

Submission is not weakness.

To be in submission is to come under a mission — His mission.

When you kneel, you’re not losing power. You’re trading false authority for real dominion.

That’s what masculinity looks like — not rebellion, but reverence.

“For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.”

Matthew 23:12

Foundational Verse

Daniel 3:16-18

(Shadrach, Meshach, Abegnago were demanded by king Nebuchadnezzar to bow to the golden idol he had made or be tossed into a furnace and they answered the king...)

-O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this manner.

-If it be so, our God whom we serve will be able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.

-But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

Tactical Application

Proclaim Allegiance:

In the quiet of the early morning get down on your knee and proclaim allegiance to God and God alone.

In the Spirit, through the Son, to the Father.

Before the world makes its demands, you declare your King.
Before you touch your phone, you touch the ground.
Before you move into your day, you bend the knee and reclaim your position under divine authority.

Reinforcement

Do it everyday for 7 straight days; no exceptions.

Keep it silent and still; this is not a performance, it's a declaration.

When your knee hits the ground whisper,

"I serve no other gods."

"Jesus Christ my Lord, my God, you are my King."

Resistance

This will be the hardest action to take brother and that should tell you everything you need to know about rebellion against God.

It should also tell you everything you need to know about how loving God is. He wants you but He won't force you, He wants you to willingly come back to Him.

Expect whispers,

"This is stupid."

"God doesn't require this."

"I don't need to do this everyday."

Counterattack

Kneel lower.

"The desires of the flesh are in conflict with the Spirit and these two are in conflict with each other."

Galatians 5:17

Bend your knee to the King and rise one in your own right.
